They have a rear-weighted body design, which has amazing stability when free-falling.

Taper the main line on the fall, and they sink like a rocket.

Short, sharp lifts and twitches bring the jig into action, falling side to side.

This action simulates a dying Pilchard, a pelagic and demersal fish, which finds them irresistible.
